MZ: Employer is obliged to provide tests for workers

(ČIA) The government has approved, with effect from November 23, 2021, a clarification of the measure of the Ministry of Health (MZ) regarding the universal testing of employees and self-employed persons. The main objective of the measure is to establish the employer's obligation to provide rapid antigen tests (RAT) for self-testing. These tests must be available at all times so that employees can refer them at any time in accordance with their obligation under the emergency measure. The provision of RATs for self-testing does not preclude an employer who has the capability to do so from testing through health professionals.
