(CIANEWS) - The Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic (MŽP) has allocated CZK 1bn to support circular economy projects. New re-use centres, collection yards, sorting systems or sorting lines will be built. The current package of calls announced under the Operational Programme Environment 2021-2027 focuses on projects in the circular economy sector as well as on support for activities in the area of improving air quality. Around CZK 3.5bn is available for applicants in the four new calls. Municipalities or 100% publicly owned companies and cooperatives can apply for subsidies for these measures.
