Noerr helps ISS Facility on acquisition by B+N Referencia
(ČIA) Law firm Noerr has advised Danish ISS Facility Group during an international acquisition of six companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania by the Hungarian B+N Referencia Zrt. Group. ISS Facility provides facility services. The sold companies in Central and Eastern Europe employ 4,000 people and their total annual turnover is EUR 67m.
