(ČIA) On June 22, 2021, the Supreme Administrative Court (NSS) ruled that three measures of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic issued in April 2021 were in conflict with the law. Two of them were restricting the retail. The petitioner stated that the limit of the scope defined by law was exceeded, because it is not possible to prohibit the activity of the establishment through the restriction of the rights of other persons, only to limit it. The third measure concerned the rotation principle in school education.
