(ČIA) The Supreme Administrative Court (NSS) annulled with deferred effect part of the currently valid extraordinary measure of the Czech Ministry of Health, which stipulates the conditions for the operation of retail trade, services and the holding of specified events. The court annulled provisions that prohibit customers from entering, among other things, establishments of catering services, music clubs, casinos or using accommodation services if they do not meet the conditions of so-called non-infectiousness. These conditions are either completed vaccination or a history of covid-19 in the last 180 days. The cancellation does not apply to the condition that persons showing clinical signs of covid-19 may not enter these establishments.
