(CIANEWS) - Ostrava is looking for bikesharing operators for the years 2023 and 2024. Those interested in providing publicly shared bicycle services can submit offers until July 29, 2022. Bikesharing is provided in all 23 city districts. The operator must provide at least 1,100 bicycles in the exposed months of the year (June to September), 800 in spring and autumn, and at least 400 in winter. Now the service is run by Nextbike, thanks to the city's support, every bike rental within 15 minutes is free for users. KODIS app users who are holders of the annual coupon will have a total of 30 free minutes.
