P&P: M&A market in field of property is paralysed
(ČIA) The M&A market in the field of real estate is currently paralysed. Transactions being in a further stage of development before the restrictive measures introduction are being gradually completed, however, the ones being in the initial phase are suspended or postponed. Buyers wait for the further development of the economic situation or speculate on the decrease in the price. This stems from a survey conducted by Prochazka & Partners (P&P) and Renomia. The real impact can be expected in 3Q 2020, or in 1H 2021.
