(CIANEWS) - The City of Prague has concluded contracts to purchase electricity in the first half of 2023 for the city and its 198 budgetary organisations. The supplier is Pražská energetika which offers supplies at spot prices. They will be applied if they drop below the level of the capped price or if the government regulation on price capping stops being valid. The contract was administered by the city’s budgetary organisation, Pražské společenství obnovitelné energie. The City of Prague further announced that at the beginning of 2023, it would start preparing a new tender for supplies from mid-2023 to December 31, 2024.
