(CIANEWS) - Four out of ten people intend to stay in their current profession until retirement, with another two expecting their current job to support them for more than ten years. This is according to an analysis by Data Collect for Předvýběr.CZ. Half of the population does not feel the need for retraining. A total of 24% do not expect to get a new one or to extend their current one at all and another 27% only if it is absolutely necessary. Almost 35% of respondents cite laziness as the main reason for not being interested in retraining. The second most common reason that discourages the acquisition of new knowledge and skills is money (26%).
