Předvýběr.CZ: 61% of firms expect an increase in wages
(CIANEWS) - A total of 71% of employers expect the economic situation to worsen in 2023, according to a poll conducted by the personnel agency Předvýběr.CZ. In the same poll in 2021, such development was expected by 52% of the respondents. At the same time, 29% of firms expect that the offer of people in the labour market will improve (2021: 12%). A total of 61% of firms expect an increase in wages. A total of 21% of employees are thinking about changing their job in 2023 (2021: 14%). The number of those who do not want to change their job grew from 12% to 21%.
