PSP to discuss expenditures caused by COVID-19

(ČIA) The Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic (PSP) will meet in a week beginning on May 25, 2020 to discuss state expenditures and activities of the government led by Andrej Babiš (ANO) during the pandemic crisis. The PSPS wants to also discuss the preparation for an eventual second wave of the pandemic or aid to groups of inhabitants hit by the crisis. The extraordinary meeting of the PSP was initiated by MPs representing Pirates and ODS. They will be also interested in the rate of cooperation of the government with opposition parties. The PSP will also vote on the establishment of an investigation committee focused on suspicious purchases of protective accessories.
