Rusnok: ČNB will not contribute to the budget

(ČIA) The Czech Management Association (ČMA) has asked the Czech government not to close the industry within the anti-epidemic measures but to help make testing and capturing of the infected as precise as possible. The Association members’ experience shows that positive cases in company antigen testing do not total even 1% on average. Contrary to that, shutting down companies will cost billions of korunas per day and worsen the Czech Republic’s economic outlook, says the ČMA. The Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic reports similar figures to the ČMA. Of the 158 firms involved in the survey, 71% showed infections in up to 1% of employees.
