Russian hackers launched cyber attack on Czech banks

(CIANEWS) - NoName057(16), which has been active since March 2022, attacked again in the Czech Republic. This time, Czech banks and the Prague Stock Exchange were targeted. Check Point Software Technologies warns that the Russian hacktivist group has already tried to influence the Czech presidential election. It also attacked the websites of IT companies in the manufacturing sector. A few days ago, the Russians took aim at Poland, where they managed to bring down the websites of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and several banks. The most active cyber attackers receive financial rewards of up to CZK 25,000.
