Senators want CC to abandon directive on freezing rents
(ČIA) On May 14, 2020, a total of 30 senators filed a motion to the Constitutional Court (CC) asking it to abandon the price moratorium on apartment rents. According to them, the government regulation is in contradiction with the Constitution. The initiative is coordinated by Senator Zdeněk Nytra, the Deputy Chairman of the ODS Senate Club.
