Skanska completes Parkview in Pankrác, gains approval
(ČIA) The project, which has previously reported almost 90% occupancy, offers a total of 16,000 m2 of leasable area on nine floors. The building will be equipped with the smart operating system Connected by Skanska, thanks to which users will control all services via a mobile application. Parkview is the developer's second office project on the Pankrác plain. The first was City Green Court, completed in 2012.
