(CIANEWS) - Skanska, in cooperation with the municipal district of Prague Satalice, has launched a public consultation on the plan to build a sustainable and efficiently designed housing for young families with children, Livo Homes, on a brownfield site with a total area of 19,488 m2. Along with Modřanský Cukrovar and Michelské pekárny, this is its third residential project, which is being developed with the contribution of citizens, active local associations, and representatives of the municipality. The developer plans to launch a conceptual architectural competition in the summer. The investor wants to follow the path of standardisation, hence modular construction. The project will be divided into several stages. The earliest possible start of construction is expected in 2026.
