Skanska: Port7 receives approval, 50% of offices leased

(CIANEWS) - Skanska has received approval for the Port7 project in Prague's Holešovice. It offers 35,800 m2 of office and retail space in three buildings on a former brownfield site. Of this, 50% is leased. Eye Centre Prague and Manta Tools have already moved in and started operations. Other tenants including Direct Group and Scott.Weber are set to open in the coming weeks. The retail space is 90% leased, with opening planned for autumn 2023. Skanska will now focus on completing the nearly 2ha public park and new waterfront. To improve accessibility, it has also built an extension of the railway underpass that connects the project to Nádraží Holešovice station. Port7 has been built to be sustainable, using 50% less energy and potable water than a conventional office building of the same size, according to the LEED benchmark.
