(CIANEWS) - Skanska Residential plans to hand over 184 completed apartments in the first stages of the Albatros Kbely and Park Cihelka projects in Libčice nad Vltavou to clients in 2023. ČIANEWS was informed about this by marketing and communication specialist Jan Pohorský. In the Albatros Kbely project, the developer intends to launch the next stage, which will offer approximately 142 affordable apartments for young families. It also wants to launch the second stage of the Modřanský cukrovar project, which will offer approximately 132 economical flats. If the company manages to negotiate the necessary permits, it will also start selling approximately 124 extremely energy-efficient PENB-A apartments in the new Prague project. Currently, the company has completed the acquisition of a plot of land in Prague - Satalice. It plans to build five apartment buildings with approximately 200 affordable apartments for young families with children.
