Škoda Transportation (ŠT), in a consortium with ŽOS Trnava, will supply 25 Panter electric one-floor units to Slovak Rail (ŽSSK). The units will be deployed regionally on all electrified routes in Slovakia with speeds of up to 160 km/h and voltage of 3 kV and 25 kV. They are supplied in two versions: 80 m long and 247 seats or 106 m long and 343 seats. Each wagon of the unit has a classic, two-bogie layout. The electric unit always has three driving bogies.
