(CIANEWS) - A total of 46% of companies in the Czech Republic expect to maintain their outputs and market position in 2023, according to a survey conducted by the Confederation of Industry (SP) of the Czech Republic. More than one-third of firms expect to maintain their profit of previous years, while 14% estimate that their profit will increase. An additional 39% of companies expect their profits to decrease, 6% think their loss will continue, and 7% predict that they will be in negative numbers. More expensive energies still belong among the most fundamental problems. Investments in energy savings are planned by 59% of firms, and 39% of companies want to invest in their own renewable energy sources.
