(CIANEWS) - The state must present concrete steps to help companies with energy price increases. Jaroslav Hanák, president of the Confederation of Industry and Transport (SP), said this at a meeting with government and trade union representatives. He said that there is nervousness among companies about the market development. He added that the rising price of energy is reflected not only in the prices of production and services, but also affects investments. It is therefore necessary to resolve the use of the European Commission's Temporary Crisis Framework or to present crisis scenarios in the event of a gas supply shortfall from Russia. The triparty also discussed the Common Agricultural Policy, the implementation of EU funds, and the employment of foreign workers.
