(ČIA) Each week, the rate of employees testing positive for COVID-19 has been decreasing. In the first week of the blanket testing (from March 8, 2021), the rate of positive employees was 0.77%, dropping to 0.61% in the second week and 0.44% in the third week. This information was provided by the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic (SP ČR), adding that in those three weeks, companies detected roughly 50,000 asymptomatic patients in the population. A total of 70% of companies are ready to participate in vaccination as well.
