(ČIA) Almost 80% of Czech exporters have experienced problems with foreign demand due to coronavirus. Almost one fifth of companies lost all their foreign orders and over 61% of exporters face their decline. This results from a survey of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic, which was attended by 111 exporters in a period from 7 to 9 April 2020. In terms of new business contracts, over 45% of companies said they received new orders from abroad, but fewer than before the epidemic. More than 43% of exporters have no new orders from abroad.
