Stora Enso open lines for CLT panels for EUR 79m
(CIANEWS) - Stora Enso has commissioned a new line for the production of cross-laminated panels (CLT) at its plant in Ždírec nad Doubravou on October 7, 2022. The company has invested EUR 79m in its construction. The planned annual capacity of the plant will be approximately 120,000 m3 when fully operational. The total capacity of the wooden building materials supplier will reach 490,000 m3. CLT panels represent a modern and sustainable building product that enables precise and fast construction. The company reported that the facility will also create more than 100 new jobs.
