(CIANEWS) - European mural retailer Desenio Group has leased almost 18,500 m2 in the CTPark Bor industrial and logistics complex. The Swedish company will use the space as its distribution centre for European markets outside the Nordic region. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), which provided a comprehensive package of advisory services. C&W handled the tender for the construction and lease advisory services, project management including construction supervision, architectural design of the built-in offices, logistics consultancy including the technical design of the warehouse and the tender for the warehouse equipment.
