(ČIA) The Office for the Protection of Competition (OPC) needs to be reformed for greater transparency. Vojtěch Pikal (Pirates), Deputy Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, stated this in a discussion on the reform of the Office, adding that it is necessary to introduce one-instance decision-making, a transparent selection procedure for the institution’s chairperson and emphasize its supporting and methodological function for contracting authorities.
