Vafo is one of the top five leading companies on Nordic markets. According to an agreement with Prima Pet’s owner Petri Tiitola, Vafo will acquire majority of the company’s shares in two years’ time and take over its management. Prima Pet’s sales exceed €30 million, while the Vafo holding report sales of CZK 4 billion. Of that, 70 percent account for exports to 66 countries all over the world. Prima Pet produces, imports and sells pet food on the Finnish market under the brand names of Hau-Hau Champion, Prima Dog, Prima Cat a Planet Pet. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed by any of the parties concerned. - Idnes.cz -
