(ČIA) Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Jan Hamáček (ČSSD) has ruled out resigning over the issue of his failed trip to Moscow. On the contrary, he has filed a criminal complaint against the authors of the article published by Seznam Zprávy. He said this on the TV Prima Partie programme. The vice-Pm also reiterated that the trip to Moscow had a purpose, as did the timing of its cancellation. In the same programme, the chairman of the opposition ODS party, Petr Fiala, said that Hamáček should quit because he had either lied to the public or had committed an incredible act of naivety or poor judgement.
