(ČIA) According to a survey by The Worldcom Public Realtions Group (WPRG), Czech executives do not believe in a favourable economic development. The confidence index was published by PRAM Consulting, a member of the WPRG. The index for Czechs is the fourth lowest among all surveyed countries, followed by the Slovak Republic. Czech managers are most confident in building a brand of quality employer, thanks to which they can retain existing employees. One of the factors can be managed processes of increasing the qualification and retraining of employees. They see the biggest threats in factors that they cannot influence, such as global instability.
