(ČIA) YIT plans to sell 400 to 650 new apartments in 2021. Of this, about 200 will be set aside for rental housing. The company is planning new projects in Prague 11, 12 and 15. It wants to start construction of the Lappi Hloubětín complex in Prague 9. It also envisages the approval of three projects - the second stage of Ranta Barrandov, the ninth stage of the Vantaa Suomi Hloubětín complex and the first part of the Parvi Cibulka residence. In January 2021, the developer launched the new Koti Libeň with 140 low-energy flats. The rough construction should be completed in December 2021. Completion is planned for the end of 2022. As a result of the pandemic, YIT makes greater use of online tools. As part of its commitments, the YIT multinational group also aims to halve the carbon footprint of projects by 2030.
