(ČIA) Residential developer YIT has started installing prefabricated bathrooms in apartment buildings in the Czech Republic, in its Lappi Hloubětín project in Prague. YIT Production Director Petr Altmann told the daily E15 that the developer had decided to install the prefabricated bathrooms due to more efficient and precise construction, the lack of a construction workforce, and the expected slight acceleration of construction. The daily also informs that within the trend of modular construction, the next step should be the balconies produced in the factory.
