(ČIA) According to E15, developer YIT will be the first on the domestic market to start using prefabricated products. The apartments in the new Lappi Hloubětín project in Prague 9 will be fitted with ready-made bathrooms manufactured in a factory in Slovakia. According to the daily, the aim is to offer housing available to people with an average Prague wage. YIT expects to start module production in the summer of 2021. Installation in the first Lappi Hloubětín houses is to follow from mid-September.
