(ČIA) Developer YIT is revitalising the former Meopta factory in Košíře, Prague, which will be transformed into a new residential project, Parvi Cibulka. The complex will offer 149 low-energy flats. The units make full use of the industrial character of the building. They offer high ceilings, built-in floors, galleries, skyboxes and roof terraces. Those interested can choose from apartments with an area from 44 m2 to 250 m2. YIT is now launching unit sales. The company expects to obtain official building approval by mid-2022.
