Zeman: Russia might not be included in nuclear tender

(ČIA) No sovereign country can afford that another country’s agents caused a terrorist attack in its territory when two Czech citizens died, and billions-worth damage was caused, President Miloš Zeman said in an extraordinary speech on the Vrbětice incident on April 25, 2021. If the Russian agents’ involvement in the explosion is confirmed, the Russian Federation should pay by Rosatom’s non-participation in the tender for the completion of the Dukovany nuclear power plant, he added. President Zeman also noted he supported a thorough investigation of the explosion and complete information for the public.
