PROJECT #4-2024 Age management project

Attracting talent from all age groups - with a special focus on mature individuals (55+) - is the ambition of our technology corporation's upcoming activity. At the same time, we want to effectively counteract the inevitable ageing of the population; and therefore also of the employees. The project will emphasize flexibility and work-life balance. Age management should be permanently integrated into our long-term strategy and corporate culture.
