PROJECT #6-2024 Women's Empowerment Principles
The project of our non-profit organization aims to convince at least five companies in the Czech Republic to expand the WEP (Women's Empowerment Principles) community every year - until 2030. This initiative strives for gender equality in the workplace. At the time of applying for this competition, WEP had 15 signatory companies in the Czech Republic. Together they employed over 50,000 people. It is a long-term programme. After all, according to the Global Gender Gap Index report, it will take more than a century to equalise parity between the sexes.
