PROJECT #9-2024 Make the change happen and sustain
By training and employing inmates from three correctional facilities, our call center reduces recidivism. It helps them learn work habits and address their family and health issues. Upon release from incarceration, they are offered a job contract and, if necessary, a diversion program. The whole society benefits from their integration into a full life. This model of inclusion and social entrepreneurship has the ambition to expand to new locations and new target groups: specifically, it also aims to help convicted female offenders.
