PROJECT #11-2024 ONE SAP
A comprehensive range of topics and issues related to DEI are covered by our IT company's initiative. The emerging inclusive platform includes, among other things, the establishment of support groups, professional development, training, libraries and safe spaces for employees on the autism or neurodiverse spectrum. It also targets the wellbeing of colleagues from the LGBTQIA+ community and other diverse minorities. After creating a framework including budget, sponsors, setting activities, goals and vision, the concept moves into the implementation phase. In doing so, it intends to concentrate not only on employees, but also on their families and friends.
