PROJECT #14-2024 Taking DEI Beyond
Taking the principles of DEI beyond our consulting company. Into the daily business operations of Czech, foreign and global corporations. This is the aim of our project, which uses knowledge from international and regional trends to create an adaptable strategy for a given geographical area. The initiative goes beyond the traditional DEI framework by, for example, applying Market Intelligence (MI) or recruiting female engineers of different nationalities for traditionally male-dominated industries.
