PROJECT #17-2024 Domestic abuse
For employee victims of domestic violence, our telecommunications company offers up to 10 days off to visit a counsellor, doctor or lawyer. Those who help the victims will also receive leave. For example, by accompanying them to court or taking care of their children. The comprehensive support programme also includes workshops, training sessions, webinars and a special mobile app. So far, more than fifty organisations have signed the Charter, which was co-initiated by our Foundation, committing to creating a safe environment and to de-tabooing the topic of violence in families. One hundred companies have been trained.
