The Diversity Award is open to organisations operating in the Czech market, in either the Corporate category (over 250 employees) or the SME category (up to 250 employees).
Applicants must have no ongoing legal actions, not be involved in insolvency or liquidation, and actively promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities in line with the award’s values.
Eligible projects may focus on internal initiatives benefiting employees, and can be carried out solely by the company or in cooperation with a local NGO, school, community, or informal group. We welcome entries from all industries – from diversity recruitment and inclusive workplace policies to educational programs and cultural transformation projects. Initiatives working with communities outside the company, raising public awareness, or engaging with specific target groups are equally encouraged.
To be considered, projects should demonstrate a clear track record of starting, implementing, or completing the initiative, as well as a defined strategy for measuring its impact on the target group(s).

Diversity Award event will take place in February 19, 2026
Each organisation can submit only one project.
