Hosted by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Helsinki, this networking event will provide an informal platform for meaningful dialogue, new connections and cross-border collaboration between the Czech and Finnish business communities and networks supporting women in leadership.

The Nordic Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, in cooperation with the Inspire & Impact Network, is organizing a side program accompanying the participation of a Czech delegation at the Nordic Business Forum 2026.

The delegation brings together senior women leaders from business, technology, finance, healthcare, academia and organizational development, all members of the Inspire & Impact Network. During their visit to Helsinki, they will meet with Finnish executives, founders, professionals and representatives of leadership and business networks to exchange perspectives on leadership, innovation, talent development, diversity and the future of work.

The event is open to invited guests and selected representatives of Finnish business and leadership networks.

Inspire & Impact Network (IIN) is a Czech community and leadership platform that connects women across business, public administration, academia, entrepreneurship, and the non-profit sector. Founded by a group of leading Czech executives and entrepreneurs, IIN aims to strengthen women's leadership, support equal opportunities, promote financial independence, and contribute to positive societal change through education, mentoring, networking, and advocacy initiatives. Today, the network brings together more than 550 active women and offers a wide range of development opportunities, including leadership academies, mentoring programmes, expert communities, and thematic working groups focused on areas such as modern labour markets, financial literacy, and women's leadership.
